Wafi Energy Pakistan has been shaping the nation\u2019s energy landscape since 1947, evolving from Pakistan Burmah Shell to Shell Pakistan Limited in 1993. In January 2025, following one of the largest GCC investments in Pakistan, we entered a new chapter as Wafi Energy Pakistan\u2014after an 87.78% share acquisition by Wafi Energy Holding, based in the UAE.<\/p>

This transformation marked more than a change of ownership. The name Wafi, meaning \u2018trustworthy\u2019 and \u2018reliable\u2019 in Arabic, embodies the core values that define us. As the exclusive licensee of Shell in Pakistan, we combine global expertise with regional strength and a renewed strategic focus. Listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Wafi Energy Pakistan is one of the oldest and most established energy partners in the country\u2014and a leading player in Pakistan\u2019s lubricants market.<\/p>

Our operations include a network of 650+ Shell retail sites, nationwide oil terminal facilities, a lubricants oil blending plant, and a diverse portfolio of global Shell Lubricant brands.
