Mr. Soofi Saifullah Akber is a seasoned financial market professional with over 17 years of experience focused on Treasury, Capital Markets, and Liquidity Management functions. He has previously led the Treasury function of JS Bank Ltd as Global Treasurer which also included Primary Dealership of Government securities as well as Treasury management of the Bank’s overseas wholesale banking branch. Along with his vast experience focused on management of FX and PKR liquidity, asset-liability management (ALM), derivatives and both local and foreign currency bond and equity investments, Mr. Akber holds a master’s degree in business administration from IBA Karachi and is a candidate for CFA Level-3.
